There is a central heating so you can book it in winter months also. You can check-in 24h as my apartment has self check-in system. Great starting point for excursions to Istra, Krk, Platak, national parks Plitvice.. Your pet is also welcome (additional charge) Apartment has 40m2. It has 2 bedrooms, one room has double bed (140x200) and another room is single room. Kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, coffee machine, kettle). Bathroom with washing machine. Wifi, Sat-tv. Free public parking can be found around the building or in the surrounding streets and depends on availability.

Beach Sablicevo and Glavanovo (pecine) are 12-15 min walk. You can reach city center by bus (bus station is only a 1 minute walk) or by foot (12-15min). Nearby is also bakery, laundry service, flower shop. Shopping mall (Tower center) is 10min walk. Beach is 12-15 min walk (downhill - shorter way). L'appartement d'Iva, est très propre et fonctionnel. Il est situé près d'arrêts de bus qui desservent très bien Rijeka et les alentours, et pour les plus courageux les plages ne sont pas loin à pieds (la ville est très pentue! :)). Le seul petit bémol, nous avons trouvé le quartier bruyant (également la nuit) et pas trop rassurant le soir (pour une famille).

La estancia fue genial, la mujer fue super amable!! Es cierto que la bajada a la playa era en escaleras y la subida muy costosa pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el piso jajajajaja el piso estaba genial! Y lo mejor es que las mascotas son bienvenidas! 😎😎

Appartamento disposto al primo piano (non accessibile alle persone in sedia a rotelle). L’entrata è abbastanza evidente visto che la porta di ingresso dell’appartamento dentro il condominio è in plastica bianca e diversa dalle altre. Appartamento carino giusto per 3 persone e per qualche giorno (non farei una settimana intera). Tutto abbastanza pulito. Uniche note negative sono che il parcheggio è vicino l’appartamento però devi avere fortuna nel trovarlo libero non essendoci un posto riservato. La posizione non è affatto vicina al centro e alle spiagge (bisogna per forza muoversi in macchina, soprattutto perché è tutta in salita la strada). Pochi cuscini, ne lascerei almeno altri 2 di scorta oltre a quelli presenti sui letti. E come ultima cosa, bisogna stare attenti al tasto fuori dal bagno che spegne il boiler che riscalda l’acqua. Comunque per il resto tutto bene! Nota positiva è la presenza di un centro commerciale molto fornito a 5 minuti di macchina.

We enjoyed staying at Iva’s. The flat is newly refurbished and has been decorated with style. Everything listed was provided and the air conditioning made it a very pleasant place to stay in the summer! Iva was always very responsive and helpful. Self check-in was easy and flexible. The only downside is that parking was always difficult, but we found this to be an issue in Rijeka in general. We recommend it!
